Return policy

To arrange a return, email info.artista.ge@gmail.com or message us on Facebook. Include your order number, the item and your request. We receive returns by courier and agree dispatch details with you in writing.

If you change your mind

Where the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract applies, you may notify us without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The relevant chapter of Georgian law does not apply to contracts where the price of the goods or services does not exceed GEL 30; contact us about the possibility of returning such orders. This limitation does not remove your rights concerning faulty or nonconforming goods.

Send the item back promptly and no later than 7 calendar days after sending your withdrawal notice, unless we have undertaken to collect it. The customer pays the direct courier cost of returning an item when changing their mind.

Packaging and exceptions

Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include all components. Opening the packaging alone does not automatically remove your right to return.

Statutory exceptions include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, perishable goods, goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, and unsealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. An exception applies only where the goods meet the relevant legal conditions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item is damaged, faulty or does not match your order, send us a description and, where possible, a photo. Repair or replacement required by law is free, including necessary transport costs. In applicable cases, you may request a price reduction or refund. These rights are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Refunds

We issue refunds by bank transfer. If you originally used another payment method, we will use bank transfer with your consent and at no extra cost; otherwise, the original payment method will be used.

For statutory withdrawal, refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first, unless we have undertaken to collect the goods. Reimbursement includes the standard delivery charge you paid; additional charges for choosing a more expensive delivery option are not reimbursed.
