Description
Mont Marte Premium Mauve is useful for floral subjects, coloured details and compositions built around mauve tones. The oil paint’s soft, buttery consistency is comfortable to use with brushes and palette knives.
Colour and size
Exact colour name: Mauve. Volume: 75 ml. Range: Premium. Manufacturer’s code: MPO7516.
Application
Apply to a primed surface prepared for oil painting. The slower drying time leaves more room for colour mixing, soft transitions and wet-on-wet work. Adjust consistency with an oil painting medium.
Drying time
The manufacturer gives approximately 3-4 days to become touch dry, with full curing taking 6-12 months. Times depend on paint thickness and surrounding conditions.
