Decola Batik Acrylic Silk Painting Set, 6 × 50 ml + 2 Resist Outliners

Decola Batik is a set of acrylic paints designed for painting on silk and cotton fabrics using cold batik and freehand painting techniques. The water-based acrylic paints offer excellent flow, spread easily across the fabric, and penetrate the fibers without significantly altering the fabric's texture.

The set includes 6 acrylic paint colors and 2 resist outliners, used to define the boundaries of a design and prevent colors from bleeding into one another. The paints dry quickly, and the finished artwork is heat-set with an iron.

Set Contents:

• 6 acrylic paints — 50 ml each;

• 2 resist outliners — 18 ml each;

• Colors: yellow, orange, red, green, dark blue, and black.

Instructions for Use:

1. Pre-wash and iron the fabric, then stretch it over a frame.

2. For the cold batik technique, apply the resist along the design outlines and allow it to dry for 1–1.5 hours.

3. Stir the paint thoroughly and apply it to the fabric using a brush.

4. Allow the painted fabric to dry for 24 hours.

5. To fix the colors, iron the artwork through a cotton cloth for 5 minutes at the temperature recommended for cotton.

6. After 48 hours, the fabric can be washed at 30–40°C using a mild detergent, avoiding strong mechanical action.

Resist outliners are not required for freehand painting. When working with synthetic fabrics, test the paint's adhesion and durability on a small area before use.

Wash brushes and tools with water immediately after use.
